Finally, a real cooking school dedicated to those who want to keep up with the times, styles and tastes.

Morelli Cuisine began with the intention of giving chefs the right inspiration, many tips and suggestions to add that extra something to the cuisine. It is a training and research "experimental cooking centre".

The goal is to not only provide customers with quality products at competitive prices but to offer something more: participate in new product upgrade courses, food preparation and development of creativity in the kitchen by using state-of-the-art equipment.

The courses will be offered periodically to groups of a maximum of 8/10 people. They will have a different theme presented to them by our chefs that collaborate with us and come from large food industries.

Our aim is to enhance local agricultural products by experimenting with combinations and compositions. The new recipes to enter Casa Morelli are studied by the local hotel management school of Levico (TN).
